As a current rugby player for Mount Carmel, I can tell you that joining the rugby program was the best decision that I have made in my life. Rugby gave me an opportunity to showcase the athletic skills that I have and improve them. The coaching staff for our team is probably the best in the state and has a lot of knowledge of the game and how to help you improve.

At Mount Carmel we are gifted with a wide variety of athletes who have the potential to improve our growing rugby program. Even if you are not a starter at your respective sport, you can come to the rugby team, where everyone is guaranteed to play and shine.

This upcoming season the rugby team has a lot to prove after a miserable loss to Arlington Heights last season. With low returning numbers, due to the number of seniors on last year’s team, the rugby team is looking forward to new recruits.

The team has a lot of plans this year and hopes to take our promising team very far. If you have any questions, feel free to ask any of the rugby players at school or anyone on the coaching staff. We hope that you take action now and join our family and put in work with us this upcoming spring.
