While students buckled down for the first set of trimester exams today, some seniors already are eyeing their future.
Congratulations to six Caravan student-athletes who signed National Letters of Intent to play baseball or to wrestle at the collegiate level.  Their achievement was celebrated today in a signing ceremony in the Kiszka Suite.
Five students signed letters of intent to play baseball:  Joshua Houston (Southern University in Louisiana), Ed Howard (Oklahoma University),  Ethan Imlach (Purdue Unversity Northwest), Anthony Livermore (Northwestern University) and Nick Miketinac (Butler University.)

Colton Drousias joined the five baseball players to sign a letter of intent to wrestle at West Virginia.

In addition to athletics, Mount Carmel excels in all areas of extracurricular activity.  The Mount Carmel Chess Team, under the leadership of Coach Mike Rodgers, won again on Tuesday evening, defeating Leo High School by a score of 57-0.
