Mount Carmel is back to normal today.  With the conclusion of filming for “Chicago Fire,” the “Stover Academy” signage has been removed and the scores of cast members and production crew have departed.

Congratulations to Mrs. Chappetto who organized yesterday’s Blood Drive.  The school exceeded the goal of 30 pints of blood.  Thanks to all who gave “the gift of life.”.

Attention turns to  Saturday’s semi-final football game at Willowbrook High School.  This is the third consecutive year MC has reached this level of the playoffs.  Game time is 1 p.m.
