This will be an exciting week, as everyone looks forward to Christmas break, which begins at noon on Thursday.

Congratulations to the swim team for taking 1st place in the Gwendolyn Brooks Invitational over the weekend.

Thanks to Adam Finch’s overtime goal, the varsity hockey team pulled out a 4-3 victory against Marist on Saturday night.  JV hockey tied St. Ignatius 2-2.  The varsity looks forward to a big game against Fenwick on Thursday at Morgan Park Ice Arena.  Puck drop is 8:30 p.m.

The Varsity Basketball team had a tough weekend, dropping games to De La Salle on Friday and to Farragut on Sunday.
