After leading for most of the 1st quarter in its regional match against St. Laurence, the Caravan fell behind by 10 points at half-time.  Then, after roaring back to within one point with less than three minutes in the game, a crucial foul call went against MC.  In the final moments, the Vikings pulled away and eventually won 77-72, ending the season for Mount Carmel.

With that outcome, the winter sports season officially comes to an end.  It’s time to refocus on Mount Carmel’s spring sports: baseball, lacrosse, rugby, tennis, track, volleyball, and water polo.
