It’s been a busy stretch for Caravan Golf and Cross Country.

The varsity golf team defeated Montini last Thursday, with Chris Whelton leading the way with a 37.  The JV also won, with Tim Christie and Jack McGuire both carding 47.

Then, over the weekend, varsity golf finished 3rd overall at the Montini Invite, where Ahmad Raoul had the third best score (87).  At the Ridge Invite hosted by Br. Rice, Raoul again led the way for the Caravan, with the 2nd best score in the field.  The team finished 5th overall.

Cross Country competed at the Senn Tri-meet on Saturday, where Billy McHugh led the varsity with a time of 18:53.  Hugo Rincon (18:58) and Kevin Jacobs (18:59) were close behind, as all posted personal bests.

In the Open Race, freshman Nick Cisneros was the top Caravan runner.
