Christmas is in the air this week:  the campus is decorated with wreaths, trees, and lights; poinsettia plants add cheer to the Commons and offices; and Christmas music resounds from the loudspeakers during each passing period.  There is little doubt that students and faculty alike anticipate the Christmas break that will begin after dismissal on Friday, December 18.
